The offer and sale of products on our website ( littlecourtparis.com ) are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. We recommend that you read them carefully. Products purchased on littlecourtparis.com are sold directly by LITTLE COURT, where the head office is located at 21 rue de l'Oasis, 92800, Puteaux. Orders placed on the littlecourtparis.com site are reserved for individuals and companies "end buyers" other than for their resale. The resale or distribution of products purchased on littlecourtparis.com is strictly prohibited. Article 1 – Availability

Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. Check when ordering, item by item, that the number, size and price are taken into account in your order form. Article 2 - Order

During the first order, you must create your online account with your personal details and keep them updated. The contract is deemed concluded when LITTLE COURT receives the order form electronically, once the accuracy of the data relating to the order has been verified. Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you are asked to read the General Conditions of Sale carefully. By electronically transmitting the order form, you accept them unconditionally and you agree to respect them.

Article 3 – Pre-orders

Once your pre-order has been placed, it is no longer possible to make changes such as the quantity or size of a ring. Your order also cannot be canceled except for a force majeure delay in delivery.
According to article L121-20-2 of the consumer code, the seven-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised insofar as the customer's order involves the execution of the manufacture of the jewel.
When you place a pre-order, we ask you to pay 100% of the total price of the jewel as well as the delivery costs.
When we receive your jewel, we send you an email notification to let you know that your jewel is ready and confirm your delivery address.
It is important to keep in mind that a pre-order requires a waiting period between the moment the order is placed and the moment you receive your jewel. This period can vary from a few days to several weeks depending on the jewel ordered. An estimated delivery window is indicated on the product sheet of each jewel.

Article 4 – Price and Payment

The prices of our products are indicated in euros/dollars/pounds, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. LITTLE COURT reserves the right to modify the prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders, subject to their availability. When you click on "order" you can pay for your purchases in different ways:
- by credit card: Visa, American Express, Mastercard
- through PayPal

The shipment of your order takes place only after verification of your method of payment.

Article 5 – Validation

Article 6 – Delivery

For reasons, including security, LITTLE COURT will not process any order for which a PO Box or Cedex address is provided.

So that your order can be delivered, you agree to fill in your full address when ordering, including the additional information necessary for the smooth running of the delivery (building, floor, staircase, access code).

You will find below a table summarizing our delivery conditions according to the country of residence, the value of the shipment and the desired deadlines. If your country of residence is not listed or for any other question, do not hesitate to contact us.

- Withdrawal from stores: any order can be withdrawn from one of our stores as long as payment has been confirmed. You will need to bring your ID. You can withdraw your products from 5 hours after placing your order and this up to a maximum of 10 days. Important: Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday, with the "Pick up at the shop" option, can only be picked up from Monday.

- Delivery in Europe:
We deliver to the following countries:
Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden
Zone 2: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
As well as in Italy, Spain, Norway and Switzerland.

- Delivery to North America:
Shipping by Fedex or La Poste is possible to the United States and Canada.

- Delivery outside Europe and North America:

- It is possible to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, South Korea, Morocco, Thailand and DOM TOM.

- Customs Tax: For deliveries outside the EU and to overseas territories, French VAT (20%) will be automatically deducted from the invoice price.
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required by the carrier who will deliver your order. These sums will be your responsibility and are entirely your responsibility.

- Insurance: all our shipments are insured regardless of the carrier and the value of the jewel(s).

- Delivery tracking: we track each of our shipments personally and you also have the option of tracking your order using a tracking number that is communicated to you as soon as your package leaves our shop.

- Delivery problems: Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding eight (8) working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible ( hello@littlecourtparis.com ). Any complaint made more than 15 calendar days after the date of validation of your order cannot be taken into account. You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery. In the event of anomalies observed (open package, damaged product, etc.) you must report this on the delivery person's voucher and contact Customer Service by email or telephone. Article 7 – Returns / Exchanges

LITTLE COURT is committed to providing you with high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, LITTLE COURT undertakes to exchange it or reimburse you.

The return costs will be at your expense and in the case of an exchange the costs of sending the new jewel will be at our expense.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us. In the case of a refund, it will be made in the same way as the payment was made and within a maximum of fifteen days after receipt of the returned item. LITTLE COURT reserves the right to deduct from a reimbursement any bank commissions deducted according to the mode of payment. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or without their security label will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.

Engraved, personalized or sized products will not be exchanged or refunded.
